Service requests, bylaw infractions, enforcement actions, and any associated police involvement; and d. Number and nature of complaints and resolutions related to Access Areas received by the City. 2. Recommended that the City Manager, in consultation with relevant City Divisions, consider including additional information on enforcement protocols on the City's webpage, which could include clearly outlining de-escalation strategies practiced by Transportation Standards Officers when engaged. 3. Recommended that the City Manager, in consultation with relevant City Divisions, consider commissioning the development of an independent equity impact framework and assessment no later than the fourth quarter of 2026, to evaluate possible unintended harms to equity-deserving communities within Toronto, including commitments to collecting the necessary, privacy-compliant data.
