The Etobicoke York Community Council: 1. Authorized the installation of speed humps on Sandcliff Road, between Jane Street and Black Creek Boulevard. 2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway for the installation of five speed humps on Sandcliff Road, between Jane Street and Black Creek Boulevard, generally as shown on Attachment 2 to the report (December 18, 2024) from the Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services.

Transportation Services is recommending the installation of speed humps on Sandcliff Road, between Jane Street and Black Creek Boulevard. Staff's assessment indicates the criteria as set out in the updated Traffic Calming Policy has been satisfied. Therefore, speed humps should be installed on Sandcliff Road.
