Re-opened Item EY17.17, titled "Windsor Street and Buckingham Street - Pay-and-Display Parking", from the Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services. 2. Amended its previous decison on Item EY17.17 by adding the following: 2. Prohibited standing at all times on the east side of Windsor Street, between a point 46 metres south of Portland Street and a point 25 metres further south.

At our meeting on October 28, 2024 Etobicoke York Community Council adopted Item EY17.17, titled "Windsor Street and Buckingham Street - Pay-and-Display Parking", which introduced paid parking to accommodate overflow from the Mimico GO Station parking lot. The current pay-and-display parking configuration has unintentionally impacted the operations of businesses on Windsor Street by limiting access to essential loading areas.

Councillor Amber Morley recommends that: 1. Etobicoke York Community Council reopen Item EY17.17, titled "Windsor Street and Buckingham Street - Pay-and-Display Parking", from the Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services. 2. Etobicoke York Community Council amend Item EY17.17 by adding the following new Recommendation: 1. Etobicoke York Community Council prohibit standing at all times on the east side of Windsor Street, between a point 46 metres south of Portland Street and a point 25 metres further south.
