City Council on June 25 and 26, 2025, adopted the following: 1. City Council amend City of Toronto Zoning By-law 569-2013 for the lands municipally known as 1400 Weston Road and 300-330 Sidney Belsey Crescent substantially in accordance with the draft Zoning By-law Amendment included as Attachment 4 to the report (May 16, 2025) from the Director, Community Planning, Etobicoke York District. 2. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to make such stylistic and technical changes to the draft Zoning By-law Amendment as may be required.

The Director, Community Planning Etobicoke York District recommends that: 1.
