The Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Etobicoke York Community Council prohibit parking at all times on the west/north side of Harlow Crescent, between a point 100 metres south of Kingsmoor Gate and a point 50 metres further south and west. 2. Etobicoke York Community Council prohibit parking at all times on the east/north side of Harlow Crescent, between a point 95 metres south of Todd Brook Drive and a point 35 metres further south and east.
