Requested the Chief Communications Officer to provide digital materials to the offices of all Members of Council that can be sent to their local Members of Provincial Parliament. 2. Requested the General Manger, Solid Waste Management Service report to the first Infrastructure and Environment Committee meeting in 2026 with an overview and analysis of the initial phase of the transition of Blue Bin collection.

The purpose of this report is to provide the Infrastructure and Environment Committee with an update on correspondence between Solid Waste Management Services staff and Circular Materials pertaining to supplemental recycling collection in January 2026 for residents impacted by the system optimization schedule change in Districts 2 and 3.
