As a part of that process, staff will continue to engage with the Ward Councilor and local community. In accordance with Sections 3.8 and 3.9 of the Donations to the City of Toronto for Community Benefits Policy, Council approval is required for donations of $50,000 or more that are designated for specific purposes.
