City Council amend its previous decision on Item 2025.CC31.10 by: a. amending Part 2 by deleting the words "Confidential Appendices A and B" and replacing them with the words "Confidential Appendix A", so that it now reads as follows: 2. City Council authorize the public release of the confidential instructions to staff in Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Appendices A and B Confidential Appendix A to the report (June 16, 2025) from the City Solicitor.
