City Council can express its support through either a Municipal Resolution in Support of Proposal Submission (project-specific) or a Blanket Municipal Support Resolution. City staff have determined that a Blanket Municipal Support Resolution is the appropriate form of support. Reason for Urgency: The October 8 to 10 City Council meeting is the final opportunity for the proponent to obtain the resolution before the Long Tern 2 proposal window closes October 16.
