City Council increase the 2025 Operating Budget for Non-Program on a one-time basis by $60,000.00 gross and $0 net, fully funded by Section 37 community benefits obtained from the development at 30 Tippett Road (south lands) (Source Account XR3026-3701109), collected for public realm improvements, for the purpose of forwarding funds to the Wilson Village Business Improvement Area for streetscaping improvements near Wilson Avenue and Dufferin Street (Cost Centre: NP2161).
