City Council waive the two-term limit provision of the Public Appointments Policy and appoint Melissa Grossman to the Larry Grossman Forest Hill Memorial Arena Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending April 30, 2029, and until a successor is appointed. 2. City Council direct that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (April 14, 2025) from the City Clerk remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the Larry Grossman Forest Hill Memorial Gardens Arena.
