City Council on July 23 and 24, 2025, adopted the following: 1. City Council amend City of Toronto Zoning By-law 569-2013 for the lands municipally known as 47 Stadacona Drive and 22, 24, 26 and 28 Richelieu Road substantially in accordance with the draft Zoning By-law Amendment included as Attachment 1 to the supplementary report (June 26, 2025) from the Director, Community Planning, North York District. 2. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to make such stylistic and technical changes to the draft Zoning By-law Amendment as may be required.

3. Before introducing the necessary Bills for enactment, City Council has approved the Rental Housing Demolition Application 23 134234 NNY 06 RH under Chapter 667 of the Toronto Municipal Code pursuant to Section 111 of the City of Toronto Act, 2006, to permit the demolition of 11 existing rental dwelling units. 4. City Council determine that pursuant to Subsection 34(17) of the Planning Act no further notice is required.
