application for the four demolition (s) of existing detached houses located at 2810 / 2812 / 2814 and 2816 Bayview Avenue (Application Number 25-205150 DEM, 25-205192 DEM, 25-205292 DEM and 25-205312 DEM) are submitted to North York Community Council for consideration and to decide whether to grant or refuse the applications(s), including any conditions, to be attached to the permit applications. This staff report is regarding a matter for which Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision.
