On the agenda
As the city filed it
Establishing written, measurable goals for the President and Chief Executive Officer is considered a governance best practice and a key component of both strategic direction and performance evaluation. TO Live has not previously formalized this process, and we are now implementing it, starting with goals for the remainder of FY2025-26. The intention is for this to become an annual process, aligned with the fiscal year transition, and to support both backward-looking performance assessment and forward-looking goal setting.
Staff recommended
Brian Astl, Chair, TO Live - Human Resources and Stakeholder Relations Committee recommends: 1. The Board of Directors of TO Live approve the President and Chief Executive Officer's goals as outlined in the confidential document.
