Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway for the installation of six speed humps on Cathedral Bluffs Drive, between Sloley Road and Earl Road. Transportation Services is recommending the installation of speed humps on Cathedral Bluffs Drive, between Sloley Road and Earl Road.
