On the agenda

As the city filed it

This report requests that Scarborough Community Council deny the request for a permit to remove one privately owned tree located at 27 Lyncroft Drive. The applicant indicates the reason for requesting the removal of the tree is because of its declining condition and potential to become a hazard and damage the property. The Scots pine tree ( Pinus sylvestris ) measures 33 cm in diameter. The City's Tree By-laws do not support the removal of this tree as it is healthy and maintainable.
