Access to the underground garage is proposed from one driveway to the rear of the site off Oswego Road. The proposed development is consistent with the Provincial Planning Statement (2024). The proposed development also conforms to the City's Official Plan. It would provide housing options in a mid-rise form, intensifying an underutilized site along Eglinton Avenue East consistent with the emerging context. This report reviews and recommends approval of the application to amend the Zoning By-law.
