The Scarborough Community Council: 1. Authorized the installation of speed humps on Sancrest Drive, between Neapolitan Drive and Brimorton Drive. 2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter the roadway for the installation of six speed humps on Sancrest Drive, between Neapolitan Drive and Brimorton Drive, generally as shown on Attachments 2 and 3, Drawings TC-536 and TC-537, to the report (June 19, 2025) from the Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services.

Transportation Services is recommending the installation of speed humps on Sancrest Drive, between Neapolitan Drive and Brimorton Drive. Staff's assessment indicates that the criteria as set out in the Traffic Calming Policy has been satisfied. Therefore, speed humps should be installed on Sancrest Drive.
