The purpose of this report is to present proposed updates to the following two policies in support of the Vision Zero Road Safety Plan, for the purposes of obtaining feedback from Scarborough Community Council: - Crosswalk Marking Policy; and - All-Way Stop Sign Control Justification Policy. As recommended by Infrastructure and Environment Committee, City Council directed the General Manager, Transportation Services to present to the four Community Councils on the Crosswalk Marking Policy and the All-Way Stop Sign Control Justification Policy, and directed the General Manager, Transportation Services to report back to the Infrastructure and Environment Committee on any updates to the polices as a result of those consultations with Community Councils.
