The Striking Committee referred the item to the City Clerk and directed the City Clerk to conduct a new canvass of Members of Council for their interest in membership on the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority Board of Directors, and bring it forward to the next meeting of the Striking Committee.

The purpose of this report is to recommend to City Council the appointment of two Council Members to fill vacancies on the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority Board of Directors, resulting from the resignation of Councillor Brad Bradford and Councillor Jon Burnside from the Board.
Staff recommended
The City Clerk recommends that: 1. The Striking Committee consider Members' preferences and recommend to City Council the appointment of two Members of Council to the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority Board of Directors for a term of office until November 14, 2026, and until successors are appointed.
