The Toronto and East York Community Council: 1. Authorized the installation of speed humps on Windermere Avenue, between Colbeck Street and Ardagh Street. 2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a By-law to alter the roadway for the installation of two speed humps on Windermere Avenue, between Colbeck Street and Ardagh Street, generally as shown on Attachment 2 to the report (February 3, 2025) from the Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending the installation of two additional speed humps on Windermere Avenue, between Colbeck Street and Ardagh Street. Staff's assessment indicates the criteria as set out in the updated Traffic Calming Policy has been satisfied. Therefore, two additional speed humps should be installed on Windermere Avenue.
