This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is seeking authority to prohibit vehicles greater than two metres in width from travelling on the lane first north of St. Clair Avenue West, east of Cloverdale Road. Prohibiting vehicles which have a width of two metres or more from travelling on the subject lane section would be beneficial in reducing the incidence of damage to the adjacent private property.

Staff recommended

The Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Toronto and East York Community Council prohibit vehicles over two metres in width from travelling on the lane first north of St. Clair Avenue West, between Cloverdale Road and Silverthorn Avenue.
