The Toronto and East York Community Council: 1. Authorized the installation of traffic calming (speed humps) on Logan Avenue between McConnell Avenue and Danforth Avenue. 2. Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a By-law to alter the roadway to install four speed humps on Logan Avenue between McConnell Avenue and Danforth Avenue, generally as shown on Attachment 1 to the letter (April 25, 2025) from Councillor Paula Fletcher.

Residents of Logan Avenue between McConnell Avenue and Danforth Avenue have voted in favour of speed hump installation. These traffic calming measures would enhance safe traffic flow for residents. Parents of Frankland Community School at 816 Logan Avenue, have also expressed their support for speed humps.
