1,808 bike parking spaces and 231 vehicle parking spaces are proposed. On January 24, 2025, the applicant appealed this application to the Ontario Land Tribunal ("OLT") due to Council's failure to make a decision within the time frame prescribed by the Planning Act. This report recommends that the City Solicitor and appropriate City staff attend the OLT hearing to oppose the application in its current form and continue discussions with the applicant in an attempt to resolve outstanding issues and to ensure coordination with ongoing precinct planning for the McCleary District.
