Appointed Philip Roe to the McCormick Playground Arena Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending July 10, 2029 and until a successor is appointed. 2. Directed that Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (September 2, 2025) from the City Clerk remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals.
