The Toronto and East York Community Council: 1. Re-opened Item TE24.61 entitled "Brock Avenue - Parking Amendments". 2. Deleted Part 3 of its decision with respect to Item TE24.61 and adopted the following: Toronto and East York Community Council authorize parking by permit only to be in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily, on the even (west) side of Brock Avenue, from Bloor Street West to Wallace Avenue.

At our meeting on July 8, 2025, Toronto and East York Community Council adopted a motion removing switchover parking days on Brock Avenue following community support for this change. Transportation Services is requesting that this item be re-opened and amended as there was an error in the technical wording provided for this change to take effect.

Toronto and East York Community Council delete Part 3 of its decision with respect to Item TE24.61 and adopt the following: 1. Toronto and East York Community Council authorize parking by permit only to be in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily, on the even (west) side of Brock Avenue, from Bloor Street West to Wallace Avenue.
