On the agenda
As the city filed it
Charles Street West is a busy street close to Yonge Street and Bloor Street, which is currently restricted to one-way westbound for one short block between Yonge and Balmuto. For more than four years, the Bloor Yorkville BIA and the Greater Yorkville Residents' Association have requested that this portion of Charles Street West be reopened to two-way traffic, to help manage congestion at the Bloor/ Yonge intersection, including severe, prolonged impacts from long-term TTC and private sector construction.
