Rescinded the existing maximum one-hour parking regulation in effect at all times on the west side of Concord Avenue, between Dupont Street and a point 61 metres south. 2. Authorized maximum one-hour parking to be in effect from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, from the 1st day to the 15th day of each month, inclusive, from April 1 to November 30, inclusive, and from December 1 of one year to March 30 of the next following year, inclusive, on the east side of Concord Avenue, between the first lane south of Dupont Street and Hallam Street.
