Directed the City Solicitor to prepare a By-law to alter the roadway to install three speed humps on Pape Avenue between Gerrard Street East and Austin Avenue, generally as shown on the Attachment 2 to the letter (September 11, 2025) from Councillor Paula Fletcher.

In response to these concerns, my office conducted a community ballot to assess support for traffic calming measures. The results confirmed strong support from local residents for the installation of speed humps on Pape Avenue. These measures aim to reduce vehicle speeds and enhance pedestrian and community safety while significant transit infrastructure work continues nearby.
