This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is requesting approval to install a compulsory southbound stop control at the uncontrolled "T" type intersection of May Street and South Drive. Based on an assessment undertaken, the installation of compulsory stop control at this intersection is recommended to clearly define the right-of-way and enhance safety for all road users.

Staff recommended

The Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Toronto East York Community Council authorize a compulsory stop control for southbound traffic at the intersection of May Street and South Drive.
