The TTC Board, in confidential session, will receive education and training on the Foundations of Inclusive Governance. This session will provide: Context for Governance of TTC Introduction to inclusive governance principles and practices. Alignment of governance practices with the TTC's Corporate Plan. The role of the board in achieving TTC's strategic goals through inclusive governance.

It is recommended that the TTC Board: 1. Authorize the public release of the Foundations of Inclusive Governance Session One training materials.
