Approved an increase in total construction costs to be tendered under the construction management contract for the Community Conservation Centre (Welcome Area) from $75.0 million up to $77.0 million for PCL in accordance with the approved 2025-2034 capital budget.

Authorized the Director, Capital Program and Sustainability or their designate to negotiate and enter into any necessary amendments to the construction management contract for the Community Conservation Centre (Welcome Area) as a result of the adoption of Recommendation 2, on terms acceptable to the Director, Capital Program and Sustainability and in a form satisfactory to the City Solicitor.
