City Council approve the reimbursement of legal expenses of 50 percent of the total expenses less the amount that has already been reimbursed, net of Harmonized Sales Tax recovery plus any interest owing to the law firm retained by Councillor Chris Moise to assist him in responding to the Integrity Commissioner's investigation. 2. City Council amend the payment-of-cost protocol for Integrity Commissioner investigations by: a.
