This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending installation of a stop control for the minor street at the uncontrolled intersection of Rotherham Avenue and Westbury Crescent in order to clearly define the right-of-way and to regulate traffic flow.

The Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Etobicoke York Community Council authorize compulsory stop control for westbound traffic on Rotherham Avenue and Westbury Crescent.
