The Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Etobicoke York Community Council amend the existing eastbound and westbound U-turn prohibition, in effect at all times on Toledo Road, between Mills Road and Renforth Drive, to be in effect between Renforth Drive and a point 200 metres west.
