Durham Boundary Facilities Agreement Renewal - Kingston Road Bridge over the Rouge River

The previous agreement between the two jurisdictions was in effect from January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2025. The proposed renewal agreement is based largely on the same terms and conditions as the previous agreement. The renewed agreement would have an initial term of one (1) year from the date of execution by both parties and would automatically renew annually thereafter. It may be terminated by either party with sixty (60) days written notice, or on another date mutually agreed upon. If substantive changes to the agreement's terms or responsibilities arise that could result in additional costs or risk to either party, Transportation Services would report to City Council to seek authority for any necessary amendments.

Altona Road east of the bridge, with terms and conditions satisfactory to the General Manager, Transportation Services, and in a form satisfactory to the City Solicitor.
