Approved the application to demolish the vacant residential buildings at 589, 591, 593, and 595 Eglinton Avenue East, and 61, 63, 65 and 67 Mann Avenue due to the project's upcoming deadline for Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) funding to secure 47 affordable units with the following conditions: a. that a construction fence be erected in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Code, Chapter 363, Article 7, if deemed appropriate by the Chief Building Official; b.
