On the agenda

As the city filed it

The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment application seeks to revise the existing zoning standards in order to allow for building additions to the existing dwelling to take place and to permit a second detached dwelling to be constructed on a future lot, once the subject lands are legally subdivided to create a second building lot. This Report recommends approval of the application to amend Zoning By-law 569-2013 to permit the development of one new single-family detached dwelling, and additions to the existing single-family detached dwelling.
