The proposed development is consistent with the Provincial Planning Statement (2024). It will provide housing options in an appropriate built form, intensifying an underutilized site along a major street in a way that is transit supportive and respectful of both the existing and planned context. A Hold is being proposed for the Zoning by-law in order to address various matters identified by Engineering Review.
