Authorized the installation of traffic calming (five speed humps) on Florence Avenue, between Yonge Street and Pewter Road generally as shown in Attachment 1 and Attachment 2 to the motion by Councillor Lily Cheng, Drawing Numbers TC-687 and TC-687-1, dated April 2026 from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management Transportation Services. 7. Rescinded the existing speed limit of 40 kilometres per hour on Franklin Avenue, Between Gwendolen Crescent and the east end of Franklin Avenue. 8. Rescinded the existing speed limit of 40 kilometres per hour on Franklin Avenue, Between Gwendolen Crescent and Yonge Street. 9. Requested the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services report to the July 7, 2026 on the feasibility of relocating speed humps from 70 Poyntz Avenue to 60 Poyntz Avenue.
