The Acting Director, Street Permits, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. North York Community Council authorize parking by permit only on a street name basis from 12:01 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. daily on the odd (south) side of St. Cuthberts Road, from Bayview Avenue to Bessborough Drive. 2. North York Community Council prohibit parking at all times on the north side of St. Cuthberts Road between Bayview Avenue and Bessborough Drive.
