The proposed change will promote parking turnover during school arrival and dismissal times for parents / guardians to accompany students to / from the school, thereby mitigating traffic congestion. During the course of the investigation, it was noted that there is a discrepancy between posted signs and the existing parking regulations. Recommendations 3 and 4 will correct this inconsistency.
