This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending that parking be prohibited at all times on the south and west sides of Lescon Road, between a point 96 metres north of Trailside Drive and a point 36 metres north-west. Currently parking is allowed for the unsigned statutory three-hour maximum limit on both sides Lescon Road.

The proposed change will provide adequate visibility through a curved section of Lescon Road where there is a school crossing.

Staff recommended

The Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. North York Community Council prohibit parking at all times on the south and west side of Lescon Road, between a point 96 metres north of Trailside Drive and a point 36 metres further north and west.
