The Scarborough Community Council recommends that: 1. Authorized the installation of traffic calming (two speed humps) on Crusader Street, between Bellamy Road North and Greencedar Circuit, generally as shown in Attachment 3, Drawing No. TC-603 to the report (December 18, 2025) from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending the installation of speed humps on Crusader Street, between Bellamy Road North and Greencedar Circuit. Staff's assessment indicates the criteria as set out in the Traffic Calming Policy has been satisfied. Therefore, speed humps should be installed on Crusader Street.

The Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Scarborough Community Council authorize the installation of traffic calming (two speed humps) on Crusader Street, between Bellamy Road North and Greencedar Circuit, generally as shown in Attachment 3, Drawing No. TC-603, dated October 2025 from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.
