The Scarborough Community Council: 1. Amended its decision on Item SC27.12 and adopted the following: 1. The Scarborough Community Council designated an accessible loading zone to be in effect from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the east side of Ellington Drive, between a point 102 metres south of Guild Hall Drive and a point 13 metres further south.

Scarborough Community Council, at its meeting of November 27, 2025, adopted Item SC27.12 - Ellington Drive - Accessible Loading Zone (Agenda Item History: 2025.SC27.12). Following further consultation with the applicant, it was determined that the originally approved dimensions were not optimal and that a minor adjustment would enhance the functionality of the accessible loading zone. As the original approval occurred less than one year ago, Council procedures require that the item be reopened and amended.
