This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending a parking prohibition on the east side of Woodland Park Road, within and adjacent to the horizontal curve south of Briar Dale Boulevard. The proposed amendment will deter parking in this section of the roadway and address sightline concerns caused by parked vehicles, while ensuring adequate space for vehicles to pass safely within the curve.

The Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Scarborough Community Council prohibit parking at all times on the east side of Woodland Park Road, between Kingston Road and a point 48 metres north.
