So, um, just for a bit of background, the current owner took ownership of the site last year and sought to quickly and collaboratively work with city staff to update the proposal to address recent city initiatives as well as city and public comments and bring the application to this meeting recognizing that it's the last meeting of the year given that it's an election year.”Speaker not identified
