This report is regarding a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending a speed limit reduction on Coronation Drive, between Manse Road and Beechgrove Drive, from 50km/h to 40 km/h. A companion report titled "Coronation Drive Employment Area Review - City-Initiated Official Plan Amendment - Decision Report - Approval" is also submitted for the July 9th meeting of Scarborough Community Council.

The Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Scarborough Community Council reduce the speed limit from 50 kilometres per hour to 40 kilometres per hour on Coronation Drive, between Manse Road and Beechgrove Drive.
