Rescinded the existing standing prohibition in effect at all times on the south side of Shuter Street, between a point 36 metres east of Victoria Street and a point 18 metres further east. 3. Prohibited stopping at all times on the south side of Shuter Street, between Victoria Street and a point 10.5 metres east.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is requesting approval for parking amendments on the south side of Shuter Street, between Victoria Street and Bond Street, as it relates to the St. Michael's Hospital redevelopment project at 30 Bond Street. The proposed parking amendments will address the requirements of the site plan agreement on Shuter Street.

The Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Toronto and East York Community Council rescind the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on the south side of Shuter Street, between Victoria Street and Bond Street. 2. Toronto and East York Community Council rescind the existing standing prohibition in effect at all times on the south side of Shuter Street, between a point 36 metres east of Victoria Street and a point 18 metres further east.
