Authorized the installation of traffic calming (eight speed humps) on Northbrook Road, between O'Connor Drive and Cosburn Avenue, generally as shown in Attachments 2 and 3 to the report (December 18, 2025) from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending the installation of speed humps on Northbrook Road, between O'Connor Drive and Cosburn Avenue. Staff's assessment indicates the criteria as set out in the Traffic Calming Policy has been satisfied. Therefore, speed humps should be installed on Northbrook Road.

Staff recommended

The Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Toronto East York Community Council authorize the installation of traffic calming (eight speed humps) on Northbrook Road, between O'Connor Drive and Cosburn Avenue, generally as shown in Attachments 2 and 3, Drawing Nos. TC-624 and TC-624-1, dated November 2025 from the Director, Enforcement and Street Management, Transportation Services.
